However, there are some issues that everyone will face when working from home. Firstly, it can be hard to stay motivated when there are so many distractions around, meaning our productivity can be lacking. There’s also the amount of space you have in your home, as no one wants to be working from the sofa forever. It can be difficult for those who lack motivation to focus and therefore work from home for very long. It’s when we start doing the washing in between big projects that we may consider the second option.</p>

Not only is there the cost of renting the office itself, but we now have to commute and there are other bills to factor in, as well. When, when we look at it, this is the only real ‘bad bit’ about working from an office. There are a lot of pros to having an office space, that isn’t in the home:</p>

<li><strong>Increased Productivity</strong> &#8211; It’s a fact that those who work from an office, instead of at home, will find it easier to concentrate and stay motivated. More productivity equals more profits.</li>
<li><strong>Organisational Skills</strong> &#8211; It is a lot easier to keep a proper office space organised, then it is at home. If the kids are used to dumping their toys in your home office, then you’ll be relieved for a space that is just for work.</li>
<li><strong>Inviting Clients Over</strong> &#8211; If you want to meet your clients and potential customers, then you need an office. There’s nothing professional about inviting them over to your home!</li>
<li><strong>Brand New Space</strong> &#8211; Renting an office gives you a brand new space to do what you want with. There are plenty of office refurbishment ideas that will get your creative juices flowing.</li>
<li><strong>Separating Work from Home</strong> &#8211; A difficult thing for many new business owners to do is separate work from home life. Working from home can make this virtually impossible, meaning both areas of your life can suffer.</li>
