this snack is an unusual mix of puffed rice&comma; vegetables and a splash of tamarind sauce&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Litti-chokha&colon; Popular in Bihar&comma; these spiced dough balls are made from wheat and gram flour&comma; filled with ghee and served with a vegetable and potato mixture&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Manda and pitha&colon; A celebratory snack for festivals in the northern states&comma; these little cakes are formed from steamed rice flour and stuffed with sweet coconut&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Vado pav&colon; The Indian version of a burger&comma; vado pav is a Maharashtra street food&comma; consisting of fried&comma; potato dumplings served up in a bun&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Chole bhature&colon; A Punjab breakfast favourite&comma;
