Review: Samsung Galaxy S4 vs.HTC One

Samsung and HTC both the companies are getting remarkable success for their Smartphone. Both have already launched some pioneering series of Smartphone that are holding a great market share. Samsung Galaxy S4 is the latest launch of Samsung and must be a great gift to the Smartphone lovers.Not only Samsung but HTC one is another bequest for Smartphone savvy people. But at a time these two launches have definitely brought in great confusion to the people. But a clear comparison may make the task of choosing one easy. So let us have a look at the comparison between Samsung Galaxy s4 and HTC One below.

Intend:

There is no vast change in look of Samsung Galaxy s4 with its previous version Galaxy s3. The new Galaxy s4 is designed in a rounded nugget type look which is almost similar to Galaxy s3. On the other hand HTC one carries a square look having rounded corners and curves at the back. Other than that while Samsung Galaxy s4 is featured with a comes off  rear guard and predominately plastic structured body, HTC One features a uni-body propose built with combination of aluminum and glass. Now turning to the pixel density HTC One successfully outweighs Galaxy s4 since it provides 469ppi pixel density while Samsung Galaxy s4 provides 441ppi pixel density. When it comes to technology, Samsung Galaxy s4 has employed Super AMOLED technology while HTC has used Super LCD 3.  Apart from this Samsung Galaxy s4 features Gorilla Glass 3 while HTC One features Gorilla Glass 2 as damage resistant.

Mainframe:

If we have a look at the processor, Samsung Galaxy s4 is featured with a 2GB RAM, 2 GHz Cortex A15Quad Core processor.Along with this it is featured with LET connection that can be accessed all over the world. The graphics card of Samsung Galaxy s4 is featured with Octo-core Mali T678 GPU however the SIM used is the nano-SIM technology. On the other hand HTC One provides 1.7 GHz processor with 2 GB RAM memory. It is featured with quad core processor with 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600.

Cargo Space:

When it comes to cargo space there is a remarkable difference between Samsung Galaxy s4 and HTC One. In one side Samsung Glaxys4 offers three different storage capacities which are 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB respectively while HTC One offers only two storage capacity levels which are 32 GB and 64 GB respectively.

Camera:

HTC One is featured with a special form of camera which is only a 4MP camera but the interesting fact is it is able to capture almost 300 percent extra light than the regular Smartphone available in the market.  Such camera is an ideal one to be used in low light situations. Turning back to Samsung Galaxy s4, it is equipped with a  frontfacing camera with 2MP and a 13 MP rear faced camera. On one side where Samsung bits with 1 MP, HTC competes with its special feature. It is really tough to decide the winner. Both cameras provide high density resolution that they can get a video recorded of 1080 p quality.

Connectivity:

When it comes to connectivity service both HTC One and Samsung Galaxy s4 are just bang on. Both offers Bluetooth 4.0, Dual band Wi-Fi, NFC, DLNA, micro USB having NHL yield, LTE network up to 4G and GPS support. In addition to the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy s4 both provides infrared facility that controls the TV and other electronic devices at home.

Software:

Both the devices are featured with Android Jelly Bean operating system however with different versions. While HTC One is equipped with 4.2.1 Jelly bean version, Samsung Galaxy s4 comes with 4.2.2 version which is more up to date.
Battery longevity: Turning to battery longevity, Samsung Galaxy s4 to some extend outweighs HTC One. The former comes with 2600mAH battery which is removable while HTC One provides 2300mAH non-removable battery backup.

As a whole there are a number of similarities and differences between HTC One and Samsung Galaxy s4 however the choice is complete on public. Both the Smartphone are priced a bit high. While Samsung Galaxy s4 costs 629 Pounds while HTC One costs 510 Pounds. Hence from price side HTC One is more reasonable however personal preference always in prior in such cases.
