The popular comedy duo, Ant and Dec first rose to fame in a children’s TV show called biker grove and now present the popular ITV show I&#8217;m a Celebrity!! Get Me Out of Here! which first aired on UK TV screens in 2002 . In the show 12 celebrities are left in the Australian Jungle for 2 weeks and have to fend for themselves.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-GB">Celebrities are recruited from a wide range of backgrounds and include ex -politicians, pop stars, models and TV presenters. This years first UK episode of I&#8217;m a Celebrity!! Get Me Out of Here! Was aired on Sunday 17<sup>th</sup> November 2013 and celebrities appearing in it include: David Emanuel, Alfonso Ribeiro, Amy Willerton (Miss Great Britain), Matthew Wright, Lucy Pargeter, Laila Morse, Rebecca Adlington, Kian Egan, Steve Davis and Joey Essex. UK bookmaker, Paddy Power is currently touting Joey Essex as the 2013 series most likely winner. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-GB">This years jungle entrance saw Joey Essex, Alfonso Ribeiro, Lucy Pargeter and Steve Davis split into two pairs and jump out of a helicopter, they navigated their way across a deserted island to find their new campmates. </span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-GB">The celebrity teams have to compete to win food in the bush tucker trial, the trials usually involve the celebs putting their hands or even faces into boxes filled with live insects, snakes, spiders and other living creatures that most people have a phobia of. If the nominated celebs don&#8217;t do well in the bush tucker trial their team don&#8217;t eat. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-GB">This year the celebrities were greeted by the turntable of terror as soon as they entered the jungle, a pair from each team were slid into a plastic coffin full of snakes, rats, cockroaches, etc. once in the coffin they had to complete a puzzle to form a star shape.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-GB">The yellow team were victorious with four meals and the better Crock Creek camp. The red team only managed one meal and now have to stay at the more basic Snake Rock site.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-GB">Since it was first launched in 2002 the show has been a huge success and has been licensed globally to many, many countries. Countries besides the UK that now produce their own version of I&#8217;m a Celebrity!! Get Me Out of Here! Include: Germany, France, United States, Sweden, India and Holland. Previous winners of the UK show include: Tony Blackburn, Phil Tuffnell and Kerry Katona, the 2012 series of I&#8217;m a Celebrity!! Get Me Out of Here! UK was won by Charlie Brooks. </span></p>
