Drink Green Tea

Although, findings are still inconsistent as it further depends on tea type and its preparation and consumption. But still, studies suggested that Drinking Green Tea is good to avoid cancer of breast, Ovarian, Colon, lung and prostate cancer as well. It has believed that the EGCG compound found in green is a very powerful anti-cancer compound.

One can drink 2-3 cups of green tea every day.

Avoid STOP Smoking

Avoid cancer by avoiding smoking because it is the most common cause behind lung cancer as it damages our DNA including genes which protect us from a malignant tumor. It also causes other 15 types of cancer such as  Nose, Sinuses, Mouth, Upper throat, Larynx, Oesophagus, Lung, Liver, stomach, kidney, pancreas, bowel, ovary, bladder, cervix etc. Smoking accounts for 3 out of 20 cancer cases and this does not include only direct smoking, passive smoking is also covered here. But this number can be reduced if people quit smoking. The more you gain weight and the longer it stays on your body then you are more likely to suffer from cancer. Hence, it is very important to maintain a healthy weight if you want to prevent yourself and avoid cancer. Do at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

Healthy Diet Plays a Vital Role

The medicines in immunotherapy do not fight with cancer cells itself rather they make our immune system strong enough to fight with the cancer cells.
