<p>Animals kept as pets are a lovely addition to the family and are truly looked at as part of the family. Lots of happiness can be brought to the individual members of the family creating wonderful memories lasting a life time. Unfortunately animals that are well behaved and nice natured can change their personality. This out of character act can result in an attack on a member of the family or an innocent bystander leading to serious consequences. Scars left from the attack can be both physical and psychological. The shock and image left after the attack can continue for several months after, sometimes a life time.</p>
